This policy outlines the conditions under which M3 Interiors will accept returns of merchandise.

Accepted Returns:

• Products Ordered Incorrectly by Dealer: You may return incorrectly ordered products within 14 days of purchase with a receipt, provided you receive written authorization from M3 Interiors beforehand.

• Authorized Returns: M3 Interiors requires a written request from the customer explaining the reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive written authorization for the return.

Conditions for Accepted Returns:

• Returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging or repackaged to a condition acceptable for resale.

• Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmarked, and in 100% new condition.

• Returned products will be inspected for damage. Damaged items will not be credited.

• A 25% handling and restocking fee will be applied to all returned products.

• The refundable amount will be the net cost of the product, minus the restocking fee, any services performed (e.g., delivery), and the original shipping and handling charges.

Products Not Accepted for Return:

• Final sales, clearance items, discontinued products, and custom special orders are not returnable.

• Assembled kitchen and bathroom cabinets cannot be returned or cancelled without prior written authorization from M3 Interiors, which is only granted in exceptional circumstances.

• Installed products or assembled products that have been modified cannot be returned or exchanged.

Important Information:

• Inspect for Damage: Customers are responsible for inspecting received items for damage or defects before installation.

• Proper Storage: Hardwood, laminate flooring, trims, and kitchen/bathroom cabinets must be stored in a residential environment with a relative humidity of 40% to 55% and a temperature range of 17-24°C to prevent damage. Failing to maintain these conditions can void the warranty.

• Order Verification: Order acknowledgments are sent electronically upon order placement. This is your last chance to ensure your order is correct. You have 28 hours from receiving the acknowledgment to notify M3 Interiors of any errors or changes. Orders are considered complete and correct after 28 hours, and any resulting issues will be the customer's responsibility.

• Return Location: Customers are responsible for returning products to the same location where they were originally picked up.
